Coaches that are trained to provide emotional support, increase motivation, and support you in achieving your goals.
Licensed therapists that provide regular sessions to help you live a happier, healthier and productive life. They’re well trained in different styles of therapy and will work with you to determine the best approach for your needs.
Psychiatric providers who focus on mental health issues and symptoms that are best addressed through medication. You’re welcome to use Mindstrong’s psychiatry services with or without seeing one of our therapists.

We’re working on becoming an in-network benefit with as many health insurance partners as possible. We currently accept:
